Approved Books

It's easier to provide a listing of what books are NOT allowed and what aspects of the books are NOT allowed than it is to provide what /is/. As such, as a general rule, we use 3rd Edition W.O.D.. If your character was around during the timespan for Dark Ages or Wild West for some strange reason, then the Gifts/Disciplines they could've learned or the items like fetishes that they could have brought with them are grandfathered in.
